Build Her Method ("we," "us," "our") is a personal accountability and lifestyle coaching business operated by Devyn Graychock. This policy explains how we handle your information when you visit buildhermethod.com or work with us as a client.

Information We Collect

• Contact info you submit through our inquiry form (name, email, phone, message) — processed via Formspree.
• Scheduling info when you book a consultation or session — processed via Calendly.
• Payment info when you enroll in a package (cash, Zelle, or check) — we do not store payment card information.
• Agreement & signature info when you sign your coaching agreement — processed via PandaDoc.
• Intake responses — goals, history, and any health-related context you choose to share — collected via Google Forms.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
• Provide and personalize your coaching program
• Process payment for coaching packages
• Communicate with you throughout your program

We never sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Sensitive Information

Coaching conversations may touch on health, weight, or personal history. We treat anything you share this way as confidential — it's used only to personalize your coaching, and it's never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Photos & Your Story

Your privacy comes first. We do not take, use, or share any photos, videos, or details of your personal transformation without your separate, explicit permission. If you'd like to be featured — before/after photos, a testimonial, or your story in our content — we'll ask you to sign a standalone Photo & Testimonial Release specifically for that, and you can say no or revoke that permission at any time going forward. Being a client never requires agreeing to this.

Data Retention

We keep client information only as long as needed to provide services and meet our own legal/tax obligations, and delete or anonymize it on request where we're not required to keep it.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time — just email us (below). If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Cookies

Our site itself doesn't set tracking cookies. Embedded third-party tools (like the Calendly widget) may set cookies required for their own functionality, governed by their respective policies above.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
